Blissful Balance-Your Blueprint for 2021

It’s all about balance

If you think of life as a wheel and it is out of balance, it doesn’t roll very well. Focusing on key areas, we pinpoint where the wobble is and focus on the ones that need the most attention. This proven strategy has helped hundreds of women improve and keep all areas balanced. Many of my clients are stuck living in the past. Living with past regrets, deep hurt, and unforgiveness. Stinking thinking keeps us stuck. Self-sabotage, worries of fear, hiding behind shame and guilt will keep you hidden in a cage, door ajar, but not seeing a way out. Instead, we cower in the corner, stuck. 

UNHEALTHY COPING MECHANISMS 

Most of us turn to unhealthy coping mechanisms to escape our own prisons. We carry from childhood false beliefs. Beliefs that twist right from wrong, that cloud logical thinking and circumvent our intuition. The girl inside hides, cries in shame, is just waiting for someone to say it’s okay, I love you, you are valued. Instead, she just waits. 

It’s time to embrace the girl inside. It’s time to accept the things you can’t change and embrace the mess, the pain, the shame and guilt. We all have hidden secrets, horrific choices that keep us stuck. We also have two choices. Choose to accept and process past events or choose to stay stuck. Which path will you choose? 

A HEALING JOURNEY 

In my healing journey, yes, it’s a daily journey too often I want to revert to sitting in the corner, I make a daily choice to see the treasure in my trauma. To process my hurt, shame and guilt, and learn from it. 

Each of us has our own journey. Our own personal blueprint that brought us to where we are today. Uniquely and wonderfully made, we are designed for a purpose. We can’t use our custom blueprint to serve others if we are stuck. 

It’s time. It’s time for transformation, for growth, it’s time to get your customized blueprint. Are you ready to surrender self-sabotage, release fear, and embrace the 10x life, to life this is full of bliss?

THREE TIPS TO TRANSFORMATION 

Here are three tips to help you on your healing journey: 

SURRENDER SELF-SABOTAGE 

RELEASE FEAR 

EMBRACE YOUR GIFTS 

Surrender self-sabotage: Positive thinking is a game-changer. Our thoughts dictate our feelings and our feelings dictate our actions. It’s time to captivate our thoughts and realize we are designed by God for greatness and a purpose. If we spend our time with negative self-talk, we can’t serve others. For every negative thought you have, reword it and repeat it out loud to something positive. 

Example: Instead of saying: 

“I am not good at making new friends.” change it to: 

“I make friends easily.” or 

“Setting up a webinar is hard, I am not techy.” change it to: 

“I choose to make this fun and easy.” 

When we change our thought patterns, our feelings change and our actions reflect progress. 

Release fear. Do you know we are only born with two fears: the fear of falling and the fear of loud noise. All other fears are learned and can be unlearned. What is your biggest fear? Write it down. Grab a pen and paper. Set your timer for 10 minutes. Think about what will happen if you conquer your fear. Work through it. Think about what will happen if you ignore it and refuse to do the thing that you are afraid of. Most often, you will see, there is nothing to be afraid of and you will be ready to release it and do the thing you need to 10x your life. If not, do it scared. 

Embrace your gifts. Do you know you have unique gifts and talents intended to attract your soulmate clients? Yes! You are designed by God for greatness and purpose. Only you can impact your world. You may think there is a competition but there isn’t. Go back to step one and surrender your false beliefs. Not sure what your gifts are or haven’t quite found your niche? A brain dump will help you discover your true gifts. Set your timer for 10 minutes. At the top of your paper, write “My GIFTS” push start on your timer and just write, if you get stuck, write the word gifts. Set it aside until the next day (don’t cheat, your brain needs to rest). The next day, circle all common words and see what you have. Chances are you will uncover your true talent and realize that you knew it all along.
